How to work with Security Stock

The management of security stock begins with the receipt of one or more batches of security stock by your organization. Typically security stock will be delivered in numbered boxes.

There are two main methods for recording details of security stock using the Security Stock module:

• Using a Barcode Scanner

  -OR-

• Manual keying of details

Note: Staff who typically work with the POS module manage security stock using the POS module.
